What it actually does
ReviewTrackers is still ReviewTrackers on reviewtrackers.com. Founded 2012 in Chicago. InMoment bought it June 16, 2022. Press Ganey Forsta bought InMoment May 14, 2025. Qualtrics closed a $6.75B purchase of Press Ganey Forsta on May 18, 2026. The live brand did not get renamed. Legal entity is Review Trackers, Inc., a Delaware corporation at 1 North State Street, Chicago. Do not write this as Qualtrics or InMoment.
It is a multi-location reputation platform. It pulls reviews from 100-plus sites, asks for more with the Ask Tool (email, SMS, QR, kiosk), drafts AI replies on Starter and Essential, and runs sentiment and competitor analytics on Essential. Amplify is review widgets on a website, not a chatbot. SMS is review asks and internal alerts, not missed-call text-back. AI writes review replies. It does not answer the phone.
Named plans: Data Only, Starter, Essential. Local listings management and local search rank are named add-ons with no public price. That is why there is no local-seo tag. No Jobber, Housecall Pro, Dentrix, Mindbody, or Clio. Jobber and Housecall Pro exist only as Zapier.
Who should buy it
Buy it if you run tens to hundreds of locations and HQ needs one review inbox plus NLP. Rural King, Ashley Furniture, American Family Insurance, DecisionOne Dental at 33 locations. Healthcare systems and auto groups show up on Capterra. A 33-location DSO is in-ICP. A one-chair dentist is not.
Do not buy it if you are a plumber, HVAC shop, salon, one-office dentist, or solo law firm. NiceJob at $75 is the Google drip after the job. GatherUp at $124 is the agency-priced SMB card with a public listings SKU. Chatmeter is the true peer: also Custom, also chain-scale, listings-first instead of review-analytics-first. Podium and Broadly answer the phone. This does not.
The reason not to buy is you are not the customer, and the paper is annual. Live pricing August 25, 2026: Custom. Every plan CTA is Request a Demo. The public slider on /plans/ shows plans start at $89, $40, $29, $25, and $15 per location per month paid annually by location band (1-9, 10-39, 40-99, 100-199, 200-499). 500-plus is custom. That ladder is not a Starter SKU. Named packages have no dollars. You cannot checkout. MSA: fees on the Order Form, auto-renew for the same term, 30-day written non-renew, remainder of the term still due, no refunds for dropped locations, location minimum only goes up, uncapped renewal increases. Site ToS promises pro-rata refunds. MSA says none. MSA wins against the customer.
Their own users (Nancy F. 2023, Doug K. 2022) struggled with review-request campaigns. Yelp can lag 24 hours to a few days (Michael R., Capterra, 2023). Monitoring is the product. Generation is the weak part.
The verdict
Capterra 4.7 from 172 (live HTML, last updated August 20, 2026). Newest body November 26, 2024. Many incentivized. G2 live HTML blocked (DataDome 403); indexed 4.6 from 161, count frozen since about January 2024. Trustpilot live HTML blocked; indexed 3.7 from 1 Portuguese joke. TrustRadius live 8.0 from 32, bodies mostly 2015 to 2018. BBB B-minus, not accredited, one unanswered July 30, 2025 billing complaint that reads like a fake-job mix-up. Reddit: none retrieved. Zero plumber, salon, HVAC, or law-firm reviews.
Official price August 25, 2026: Custom. Do not use directory $49, $69, $99, $199, or $299.
Skip. Real product for a 50-location auto group. Wrong buy for one truck. If you needed Google reviews at $75, NiceJob.
