What it actually does
JustCall is still JustCall on justcall.io. Parent is SaaS Labs US, Inc., a Delaware corporation at 355 Bryant Street, San Francisco. Founded 2016. Not acquired. Not renamed. ServiceAgent.ai is a sibling waitlist for trades. Do not file that as this product.
It is a per-seat cloud phone, SMS inbox, and sales dialer for sales and support teams. Team can ring a human and send SMS. AI that talks to callers is a separate add-on, AI Voice Agent, sold PAYG at $0.99 a minute or Agent Lite at $99 a month for 100 minutes (Max $249 for 300). Unused minutes do not roll. Transcription and summaries on the seat are not a receptionist. AI Review Assist at $9 a user is call scoring, not Google reviews.
Missed-call text-back exists as a workflow and a webhook. It is not a named priced SKU, so it does not get that tag. No website chatbot. No listings. No 911. Fair Use sits under the word unlimited. Toll-free inbound and external forwards burn credits.
Native CRM is HubSpot and Salesforce. Jobber and ServiceTitan log calls. Housecall Pro, Dentrix, Mindbody, and Clio are none.
Who should buy it
Buy it if you already live in HubSpot, you have at least two seats, and the job is outbound plus a shared SMS inbox. That is who Capterra says uses it: sales and support, 90 percent small business, computer software first. SDRs, recruiters, BPO. Not a truck.
Do not buy it if you are a plumber, HVAC shop, salon, one-chair dentist, or solo law firm. OpenPhone is $19 a user with Sona on the same line and a one-seat floor. Smith.ai is $150 with a North America human behind the bot and 30-day money-back. Ruby is $250 for a person. CallRail Voice Assist is the AI receptionist if you already buy Google Ads tracking. Dialpad is UCaaS, not this aisle.
The reason not to buy is the floor plus the paper. Live list August 25, 2026: Team $39, Pro $69, Pro Plus $109 per user per month (official help-center monthly table). Pricing-page cards default to $29 / $49 / $89 billed annually. Minimum license is two on every plan, so Team cash is $78 a month before a number, 10DLC, SMS bundles, or the Voice Agent. Do not print a combined plumber bundle. Annual is prepaid and non-refundable. Auto-renew unless you give 30 days written notice (45 on an Order Form). JustCall may terminate for any reason. Delaware courts, class waiver. No money-back.
BBB Justcall Inc, live HTML: D-plus, not accredited, file opened July 13, 2026. One unanswered complaint that day: sales said US and Canada were unlimited; after they ported, toll-free and an external route were not covered, calling died until they bought credits, and they were on a year of service. Capterra 1-stars: a $609.30 charge after cancel (Nov 2023); legal-team threat one day after an upgrade (Nov 2025); a Pro plan that advertised 1,000 minutes blocked by leftover trial credits. TrustRadius July 14, 2026: a mortgage broker spent a month on 10DLC and was told the industry cannot register a number.
